Where oh where has my split screen gone!?
Online, online, online, its all developers seem to care about anymore. Gone are the days of having three friends over and going head to head with four little boxes on one tv. Why though? If big games like Halo can do it, Why cant games like MW2?
It seems what keeps me coming back to Halo and staying away from CoD is the simple lack of split screen. Sure online play is great, but what if i have people over my house that want to play to? No one likes controller passing.
One game that i love that has split screen and online is Borderlands. The only downfall is i cant play both at the same time. Boy oh boy is that useless. I want to play with four people GearBox, not just two. At least fix this in a patch or something. Thankfully there is some sort of split screen in it though.
Developers please take the time to reconsider the lack of split screen. It really is not dead. Be like Halo have split screen and online. And if not that at least have split screen co-op! FPSs alone is not how i enjoy them. It is always more fun with a friend. Even online co-op will be fine. I am talking to you Infinity Ward!
Back at last!
Well i have been gone since 2007! It is now 2010, a perfect time to return! Things have been changed around a bit this is just not for reviews anymore. Its all about games now, well how i see them anyways. My thoughts and views and reviews on all things gaming. I am going to tear this generation of gaming apart!

God of War 2
I'm sure any one out there with a PS2 has played God of War. It was by far one the best games i have played of last generation. It was innovative and fun. The puzzles were not to hard but not to easy all at the same time. And the button pressing minigame was fresh and new. Then comes God of War 2. Which in all honesty brings nothing new to the table. Everything you liked about God of War is in God of War 2. But not much of anything new. It really feels as if you are playing God of War 1.5. The boss battles are pleantiful but this to seems to me as a problem. There to me is to many bosses. And none of them are really all that chalanging. Also the puzzles in this game are only subpar. About halfway though this game you start to get bored. Atleast i did anyways. Over all though if your a fan of God of War go out and play this game. Its still a good game. Just a little repetitive.
Pros:
- Lots of action
- Lots of puzzles
- It is the sequael to God of War
Cons
- More of the same
- Seems like to many boss batles
- Puzzles seem a little simple
Rateing: 8 out of 10
